Overview
Kevin Boutin is an associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP. His areas of practice include employment law, consumer class actions, and qui tam actions under the federal and California False Claims Acts. Kevin has represented employees and consumers in a variety of disputes in state and federal court and arbitration proceedings.
