Overview

Kevin Boutin is a senior associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP.   His areas of practice include employment law, consumer class actions, and qui tam actions under the federal and California False Claims Acts.  Kevin has represented employees and consumers in a variety of disputes in state and federal court and arbitration proceedings.

Kevin received his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law with a certificate in environmental law.  During law school, he served as a Senior Articles Editor of UC Davis Law Review.  Prior to law school, Kevin graduated with honors from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received a B.A. in Business Economics.
