Joseph Cotchett, Nancy Fineman, Brian Schnarr and Mary Alexander win the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Trial Lawyer of the Year.  The criteria selection for the award emphasized a case's impact and size, establishment of precedent, and time involved in litigating.  Cotchett, Fineman, Schnarr and Alexander won a $1.15 billion judgment against the world's largest paint companies to pay for the abatement of lead paint on hundreds of thousands of homes in California.  To view a video of the highlights of the case, please click HERE
