If you have shopped at a Kroger store, including QFC or Fred Meyer, and paid more than the advertised price for any product, then you may have a claim.

CPM is investigating allegations that Kroger keeps expired sale tags on display shelves and racks, so that customers believe they will pay the sale price for an item but they are then charged a higher non-sale price at the cash register. Kroger should not be unfairly overcharging consumers on already sky-high grocery items.

If you have take pictures or have receipts of being overcharged at QFC or Fred Meyer and would like to help hold Kroger accountable, please fill out the form below.
