Are you a patient of the VA Health, Providence St. Joseph, Mayo Clinic, St. John’s Health, or Jackson Health System?

You may be entitled to compensation from a class action lawsuit.

Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy is investigating a massive data breach involving highly sensitive Personal Health Information that Oracle recently disclosed. These records can include diagnoses, medical history, medications, immunizations, X-rays, laboratory results, and clinical notes.

If your identity theft monitoring service has notified you that your information was included in the breach, you received notice from Oracle or your Healthcare, or you believe your information was included in the breach and you are a patient of any of the following healthcare providers, you may be entitled to compensation.

  • Veteran’s Affairs
