Sai Souphom has over 20 years of experience helping law firms and professional services organizations strengthen their finances and operations. Before joining CPM, she held multiple Controller and senior finance leadership roles, leading financial strategy, accounting operations, staff development, and system implementations. She brings hands-on experience across nearly every accounting role within a law firm. Her background spans both plaintiffs-side and defense-side firms in Washington, DC, New York City, and San Francisco, along with early training in Big Four and regional public accounting.
Sai is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah.
