Overview

Jennifer Tung is an Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy.  She has been with CPM since 2005 and provides high-level litigation and trial support on diverse cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, false claims, class actions, and wrongful terminations.

In 2011, Jennifer was a member of the CPM team that received the State Bar of California’s President’s Pro Bono Service Award.  CPM and the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo represented an 89-year-old widow who faced foreclosure on her Pacifica home after being scammed by a contractor. 

Jennifer received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz.  She is a Bay Area native and actively supports her local community.
