Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP filed suit today on behalf of an 81-year old elderly woman for a sexual assault that took place in the back of an AMR-operated ambulance on May 21, 2022 when Jane Doe was being transported from her home in Pacifica to Mills Peninsula Hospital. Jane Doe is the second local woman to come forward with a suit against AMR for a sexual assault committed by AMR paramedic Miguel Angel Nieblas Ontiveros.
