Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP Files Lawsuit on Behalf of Justice John Trotter (Ret.), Trustee of the PG&E Fire Victim Trust, Against Certain PG&E Officers and Directors

Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP announced today that is has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Justice John Trotter (Ret.), Trustee of the PG&E Fire Victim Trust, against certain PG&E and Pacific Gas and Electric Company officers and directors. The lawsuit was filed in San Francisco County Superior Court and alleges that the North Bay Fires and Camp Fire were a direct result of the defendants’ breach of their fiduciary duties.
