On January 13, 2026, United States District Judge Trina L. Thompson of the Northern District of California granted preliminary approval of a proposed settlement in In re Wells Fargo & Company Hiring Practices Derivative Litigation, Case No. 3:22-cv-05173-TLT, and authorized the publication of notices regarding the pendency of the proposed settlement and the setting of a final approval hearing on May 5, 2026.  Copies of the notices and the proposed settlement are below.
