CPM is investigating P3 Global Intel, a Navigate360 unit, in connection with an alleged data breach (“BlueLeaks 2.0”). P3 Global Intel operates a cloud-based tip and intelligence system used by law enforcement agencies, Crime Stoppers programs, and K–12 school safety initiatives.

On March 18–19, 2026, multiple outlets reported that a hacker using the alias “Internet Yiff Machine” claimed to have breached P3 Global Intel, exfiltrating approximately 93 GB of data containing more than 8 million law enforcement tips. Navigate360 has stated that it is investigating whether a network incident occurred and the extent of any information involved.

Straight Arrow News (SAN) reported that it reviewed portions of the dataset and verified elements of the data by contacting individuals named in the records. SAN further reported that the dataset may include decades of tips spanning from 1987 to 2025 and, in many cases, personally identifiable information about both accused individuals and tipsters, including names, addresses, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers. The transparency collective Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDoSecrets) has reported that it received the dataset, referred to as “BlueLeaks 2.0,” and is making it available to vetted journalists and researchers.

The hacker has alleged that initial access was obtained through social engineering of a customer account, followed by exploitation of a software vulnerability to extract data.

The reported breach is especially concerning given that P3 Global Intel markets its platform to Crime Stoppers programs, law enforcement agencies, and tens of thousands of U.S. schools, increasing the likelihood that affected individuals span multiple jurisdictions.
