CPM serves as co-lead counsel for a class of healthcare workers against Geisinger System Services and Evangelical Community Hospital, competing healthcare systems in Central Pennsylvania, that allegedly entered into a No-Poach Agreement to reduce competition for healthcare workers, which resulted in suppressed job mobility and wages.  CPM and co-lead counsel recovered $28.5 million for the class.
