CPM serves as co-lead counsel for direct purchaser plaintiffs against the world’s largest meat processing and packing companies for allegedly engaging in a conspiracy to constrain the supply of beef in the United States by artificially depressing the amount of processed beef they sold to inflate beef prices. To date, CPM and its co-lead counsel have recovered $52.5 million for the direct purchaser class.
