CPM Investigates Copyright Infringement By Salesforce in Training its Artificial Intelligence Models

If your book was in the Books3 library, then your copyright was likely infringed.

CPM is investigating allegations that Salesforce wrongfully downloaded a pirated source of authors’ works known as Books3 to train its artificial intelligence models. Pirating books to create an AI training database is likely a copyright violation. To determine whether your book is part of the Books3 library and was unlawfully copied, search for your book by inputting your name or book title in The Atlantic’s query tool.
