Overview
Kelly Aristides is a junior Consumer Protection Class Action associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP. Previously a California District Attorney, Kelly interned at the United Nations Criminal Tribunal in The Hague, held a Federal Judicial Externship under Hon. Dennis M. Cota, and represented the Garifuna tribe in Honduran land rights matters.
Kelly received her J.D. From the UCLA School of Law, where she won the Mock Trial Best Advocate Award, staffed the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and represented foster children and Native American families in various clinics. Prior to law school, Kelly graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame while competing in three NCAA sports. She received her B.A. in American Studies and Spanish.
Kelly is admitted to the California and Washington bars. She volunteers in college ministry and is fluent in Spanish.
