CPM Partner Nancy Fineman Receives the 2015 ADL Distinguished Jurisprudence Award

Congratulations to Nancy Fineman for being the recipient of the 2015 Anti-Defamation League Distinguished Jurisprudence Award.  The ADL Distinguished Jurisprudence Award recognizes individuals in the legal community who exhibit leadership on behalf of humanitarian concerns, and whose endeavors exemplify the founding principles of ADL: “to secure justice and fair treatment for all.”

An esteemed lawyer and Judge Pro Tem of the San Mateo County Superior Court, Fineman has dedicated significant time to organizations whose mission is to improve the community and promote diversity and tolerance.  Fineman has been honored by numerous organizations, particularly for representing ten California cities in a $1.15 billion settlement to abate lead paint from homes to improve the health of children.  Her efforts garnered her recognition as the 2014 Public Justice Trial Lawyer of the Year and the 2014 San Francisco Trial Lawyers.
