Kelsey Moe is an associate at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, where she focuses on False Claims Act litigation, consumer protection, employment law, and other complex civil litigation. Kelsey received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While attending Hastings, Kelsey participated in the Workers’ Rights Clinic, Local Government Clinic, and Immigrant Rights’ Clinic, where she received a CALI Award for the highest grade in the class. She also served as the Executive Production Editor for the Hastings Environmental Law Journal. Prior to law school, Kelsey worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador.
