Overview

Kelsey Moe is an attorney at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP where she focuses on False Claims Act litigation, consumer protection, employment law, and other complex civil litigation. Kelsey received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While attending Hastings, Ms. Moe participated in the Workers’ Rights Clinic, Local Government Clinic, and Immigrant Rights’ Clinic where she received a CALI Award for the highest grade in the class. She also served as the Executive Production Editor for the Hastings Environmental Law Journal. Prior to law school, Kelsey worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador.
