Kelsey L. Campbell practices in a wide range of civil litigation areas, including consumer protection class actions, antitrust, securities/financial fraud, false claims/whistleblower actions, and environmental law.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey practiced at two boutique law firms in San Francisco. She has represented both private litigants and public entities in state and federal court.

While in law school, Kelsey was appointed by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to serve on the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Commission. 

Prior to practicing law, Kelsey had an extensive career in U.S. foreign policy. She served in U.S. Air Force intelligence for seven years. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Presidential Management Fellowship and served as a foreign affairs advisor in the Office of the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon for four years. Kelsey primarily focused on bilateral and multilateral relations, strategic stability, building partner capacity, and the advancement of arms control. She has served in Iraq and Pakistan and has represented the U.S. during engagements in Australia, Japan, Central America, and South America. 

Kelsey’s commentary on global affairs has appeared in Foreign Policy, Huffington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, and on KQED and KPCC. She has participated in young leaders’ programs and fellowships hosted by the German Marshall Fund, Aspen Institute, Army War College, Eurasia Foundation, Bratislava Global Security Conference, and San Francisco World Affairs Council. Kelsey has advocated for refugees from Iraq and Afghanistan with Human Rights First. She is a 2017 Fellow of the New Leaders Council and is a Fellow of the Truman National Security Project.
