Overview
Kali V. Fournier is an associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP. Her areas of practice include catastrophic injury, wrongful death, products liability, elder abuse, government entity liability, premises liability, and environmental law.
Kali earned a Division I scholarship to play soccer at the University of Oklahoma. There she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and during her summers clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office.
Kali received her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. While attending Marquette, Kali participated in the Prosecutor Clinic. She also received the CALI award for the highest grade in Deposition Workshop, Electronic Discovery, and Child Abuse & Neglect.
Kali clerked throughout law school for a prestigious Los Angeles civil litigation firm advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. She continued her work there as a practicing attorney for another two years before joining CPM. During this time, she gained extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court and worked on several trials. Kali has obtained several multi-figure settlements and verdicts throughout the course of her career.
When Kali is not working, she enjoys running, cooking, watching college football, and spending time at the beach.
