Julia Peng is an Associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy. She has experience representing clients in state and federal litigation involving securities, shareholder litigation, nationwide class action, whistleblower, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, Ms. Peng worked at a firm in San Francisco, representing clients in complex intellectual property litigation involving patent, trademark, and trade secret matters. She also represented clients pro bono to obtain asylum and special immigrant juvenile status.
Ms. Peng graduated from UCLA School of Law, and served as an editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. She received her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
