Jeanine Toomey is a highly skilled Litigation Assistant bringing over 30 years of experience to Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP.  Jeanine supports our CPM attorneys in both federal and state litigation in the areas of commercial law, consumer class actions and in securities and financial fraud cases.  Known for her strong organizational skills and detailed work on complex cases, Jeanine excels at managing attorney schedules, coordinating client communications, and conducting legal research and is dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients and her legal team. Jeanine is a Certified Paralegal and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the Notre Dame de Namur University.
