Overview
Jaclyn Verducci is the Case Administrator for Antitrust & Business Fraud cases at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, bringing over 20 years of high-level complex litigation experience in federal, state, and appellate courts. Jaclyn primarily focuses on antitrust, consumer class actions, privacy cases, and employment law. Jaclyn has been instrumental in the prosecution of countless complex multi-district antitrust cases, which have recovered more than two billion dollars for cartel victims.
Jaclyn has widespread experience in all aspects of litigation including motion practice and trial, and she truly excels with her vast understanding of all phases of discovery, e-discovery, and ESI issues. She has invaluable insight and experience with depositions, document preservation, document productions, privilege issues, search terms, and with predictive coding and other review analytics tools to increase the success of multifaceted document reviews. Jaclyn has managed countless complex electronic document review projects involving numerous party productions, high volumes of foreign language documents including Japanese, Chinese, Korean and German languages, as well as maintaining databases of all sizes. She also has an extensive grasp on litigation against foreign entities, including service through Hague Convention and other means, arranging overseas depositions, and translation of foreign language documents for admissibility in Court.
Prior to joining CPM, Jaclyn interned as a Victim Advocate Assistant in the San Mateo County District Attorney’s office. Jaclyn received her Masters in Criminal Justice at Boston University, where she graduated with honors. Prior to receiving her Masters, Jaclyn graduated from St. Mary’s College of California where she received her B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in English, as well as an ABA Paralegal Certificate. While at SMC, Jaclyn served on the student counsel as Senior Class President and Junior Class Senator, as well as the Chair of the Clubs and Organization Board, and several other Student Life and Leadership positions.
