Overview

Darren Kelley received his B.S. in Political Science from the Columbia School of George Washington University. Prior to college, Darren served as an infantry paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, and was deployed into combat operations in Panama in support of Operations Just Cause. Darren was also deployed as a peacekeeper to Sinai, Egypt as a contingent of the Multinational Force and Observers (“MFO”), alongside other nations such as Italy, Fiji, France and the Netherlands. Darren’s likeness can still be viewed in the halls of the 82nd Airborne Division Museum, located in Ft. Bragg, NC. A life-size cut-out of Darren in desert camouflage battle dress uniform is on display at the museum representing the 82nd Airborne Division’s participation in the MFO. Darren also headed up the firm’s involvement with Americans Serving Americans (“ASA”). CPM provided support in the form of care packages and letters to units from the 101st Airborne and 82nd Airborne deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Darren served as president of the board of directors for the Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club from 2011-2014. Darren presently serves on the board of directors as board chair for the San Mateo Police Activities League (PAL). PAL’s mission is to build a positive bond between cops and kids. Darren is the HR Director and a Case Administrator at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, where he has been employed since January 2000.
