Cailin Ruff is an Associate at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP. Her practices include Consumer Protection Class Actions; Contamination, Toxic Torts, and Environmental Justice; Defective Products/Mass Torts; Environmental Law; Intellectual Property.

Cailin earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School with a concentration in International Criminal and Human Rights Law. She worked full-time throughout law school as a law clerk for the International Human Rights Center advocating on behalf of international plaintiffs, focusing on women’s rights and climate rights. During law school, Cailin served as president of the Women’s Law Association and treasurer of Loyola’s Student Bar Association. She also worked as a law clerk with Peace Over Violence as well as the California Department of Justice. She received her B.F.A. in Photography from San Francisco Art Institute.

Outside of the office, Cailin enjoys reading, Pilates, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
