Billionaire Vinod Khosla evades questions in Martins Beach trial

Billionaire landowner Vinod Khosla testified Monday about cutting off access to a popular beach south of Half Moon Bay.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports the venture capitalist, co-founder of Sun Microsystems, remained evasive in questioning in the civil trial over the issue, stating that he did not remember conversations and documents related to the case.
