CPM Files Complaints on Behalf of Passengers of Asiana Flight 214 that Crashed in San Francisco


Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP is currently representing several passengers who were aboard Asiana Airlines Flight 214 that crashed and caught fire while landing at San Francisco International Airport on July 6, 2013.  Three people were killed and approximately 181 people were critically injured.  The plane, a Boeing 777, crashed at 11:27 a.m. and came to rest on the side of runway 28L, one of four runways at SFO.  There were 291 passengers and 16 crew members aboard. Among the injured, 49 are in serious condition and five at San Francisco General Hospital, including a child, remain in critical condition. Among the 47 others at San Francisco General, several were treated for minor injuries, including fractures and abrasions.
