Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy is investigating Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) for submitting fraudulent tests and reports to the US EPA in connection with its sale of forklifts, excavators and construction machines in the United States.

TICO’s forklifts, excavators, and construction machinery may performed differently than advertised, and may pollute in excess of legal limits. The EPA has been investigating TICO and it released an initial report describing TICO’s wrongdoing. You can access the EPA report HERE.
