Michael’s practice focuses on class action antitrust litigation. Representative matters include In re Qualcomm Antitrust Litigation and In re Domestic Airline Travel Antitrust Litigation.

Before joining the firm, Michael was a startup attorney, executive, and advisor focused on legal software and civic technology. During law school, Michael was on the board of the Stanford Law Review and founded the Voting Rights Project at Stanford Law School. Michael’s scholarship in the fields of statutory interpretation and the legislative process has been published in the Stanford Law Review, and his policy commentary has been published in the Rivard Report.
