Dylan Williams is an Associate at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP.  His practice primarily includes personal injury.

Prior to joining Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, Mr. Williams practiced general liability with an AV rated law firm in Oakland, California, and business and real estate litigation with a firm in Pleasanton, California.  In these positions Mr. Williams represented individuals, businesses, and public entities in cases involving personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, civil rights allegations, and breach of land sale agreements, among other things.  Mr. Williams’ experience includes handling of pleadings, discovery and depositions, dispositive motions, settlements, and appeals.

Mr. Williams graduated from the University of Hawaii at Hilo in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  He earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. in 2011.  During law school Mr. Williams interned with the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Oregon.
