Aileen Nguyen is an Associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP. She focuses her practice on consumer fraud, mass torts, environmental law, and complex civil litigation involving water rights.
Ms. Nguyen obtained her undergraduate degree from Emory and her law degree from Georgetown, where she served on the board of Georgetown Youth Advocacy and as President of the school’s Habitat for Humanity chapter. In various capacities over the past decade, she has worked for the rights of migrants, refugees, asylees, and immigrants. While in law school, she also worked for the Environmental Protection Agency, the D.C. Superior Court, Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, and National Geographic.
Before joining Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, Ms. Nguyen was a Fellow at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, where her work centered on civil liberties.
