Demetrius Lambrinos is a Principal at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy.  He has extensive experience in state and federal court, and his practice is focused on litigating nationwide antitrust class actions against global cartels on behalf of consumers.  The cases he has litigated have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements for consumers.

Demetrius has been involved in every aspect of these cases, from initial case investigation to depositions and trial. He has argued substantive motions, taken numerous depositions, written important briefs, prepared experts to testify, and has been on a trial team. He also extensive experience in with e-discovery issues.

Demetrius also sits on the board of the Bay Area Urban Debate League (“BAUDL”), a nonprofit that helps underserved Bay Area high schools build after school debate programs.  As a board member, he has helped to raise over $700,000 to further this mission.  He has also spent many hours mentoring students, and has been intimately involved with crafting BAUDL's strategic vision.  Demetrius believes that as an attorney, one of his duties is to give back to the community.
